          <by role="member" id="1812">The Hon. J.W. WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier, Minister for State Development):</by>  I have been advised of the following:</text>
        <text id="20120629666980795fc44c15a0000008">In light of previous cuts to staffing levels within the State Governor's Establishment, the government earlier this year considered it essential for there to be an allocation of two further full time equivalent staff to ensure delivery of the vice-regal program expected by the community.</text>
        <text id="20120629666980795fc44c15a0000009">Accordingly, His Excellency the Governor is preparing to reinstate the community reception in the grounds of Government House in the first or second quarter of 2013. Whilst the level of funding will be at the discretion of His Excellency, it is understood that the event will be similar size and scope to previous events.</text>
