KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Minister for Mineral Resources Development, Minister for Industry and Trade, Minister for Small Business, Minister for Correctional Services):</by>  I am advised that the document 'Case for Adelaide—Tiger Airways' originated from the Department of Trade and Economic Development and was presented to Mr Tony Davis, Chief Executive Officer, Tiger Airways in Sydney on 1 March 2007 by Mr  Raymond Garrand, the then Chief Executive and others.</text>
        <text id="2011070874ec0dede08f4a04b0000129">The document was prepared as part of the South Australian Government's business case for the Response to Request for Proposal for Tiger Airways' Australia Initial Aircraft Base(s).</text>
        <text id="2011070874ec0dede08f4a04b0000130">The business case was subject to legal advice and approval from the Board of Directors of Tiger Airways, the Board of Directors of Adelaide Airport Limited and Cabinet.</text>
        <text id="2011070874ec0dede08f4a04b0000131">The South Australian Government's business case to secure Tiger Airways' Australia Initial Aircraft Base(s) was not successful. Tiger announced its decision to establish the Initial Aircraft Base in Melbourne in May 2007.</text>
