RANKINE (Wright—Minister for Families and Communities, Minister for Housing, Minister for Ageing, Minister for Disability): The assertion of the Member for Bragg that the Harrow Trust accommodation facility at Glenside is empty is wrong. I am advised it started operation in October 2010, with nine people transitioning to full-time residence by December 2010. Since May 2011, the facility has been fully occupied with 12 residents. The Harrow Trust facility also has the capacity to offer two additional beds for occasional respite. These beds have been used by a number of disability clients.
