RANKINE (Wright—Minister for Families and Communities, Minister for Housing, Minister for Ageing, Minister for Disability):</by>  The assertion of the Member for Bragg that the Harrow Trust accommodation facility at Glenside is empty is wrong. I am advised it started operation in October 2010, with nine people transitioning to full-time residence by December 2010. Since May 2011, the facility has been fully occupied with 12 residents.</text>
        <text id="20110708f9f8a2ebab8647e5a0000086">The Harrow Trust facility also has the capacity to offer two additional beds for occasional respite. These beds have been used by a number of disability clients.</text>
