          <by role="member" id="3127">Ms PORTOLESI (Hartley—Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation, Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Minister for Youth, Minister for Volunteers):  </by>I can advise that Grants and Subsidies revenue has reduced to zero in 2010-11 due to the termination of an agreement to fund an executive assistant to the Honorary Consuls in South Australia.</text>
        <text id="20101015c771655b2879407080000201">The change in Commonwealth revenue from $125,000 in 2008-09 to $18,000 in 2010-11 relates to a two year funding initiative, Targeted Skills Needs in Regions. In 2008-09, $106,000 was received as Commonwealth revenue and in 2009-10 $293,000 (including a carryover of $39,000 from 2008-09) was received as appropriation.</text>
