Ms PORTOLESI House of Assembly Hartley Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation Minister for Multicultural Affairs Minister for Youth Minister for Volunteers GRANTS AND SUBSIDIES Ms PORTOLESI (Hartley—Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation, Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Minister for Youth, Minister for Volunteers): I can advise that Grants and Subsidies revenue has reduced to zero in 2010-11 due to the termination of an agreement to fund an executive assistant to the Honorary Consuls in South Australia. The change in Commonwealth revenue from $125,000 in 2008-09 to $18,000 in 2010-11 relates to a two year funding initiative, Targeted Skills Needs in Regions. In 2008-09, $106,000 was received as Commonwealth revenue and in 2009-10 $293,000 (including a carryover of $39,000 from 2008-09) was received as appropriation.
