        <text id="201010150d5cf03125ca4521b0000133">1.&amp;#x9;In the 2010-11 Budget the State Government did not extend the Small Business Development Grant. However, the State Government has provided $4 million over four years for a Small and Medium Enterprise Investment Development Program. This program is designed to assist companies to introduce new technology, new products or to enter new markets. The Budget reference is Budget Paper part 2 page 29.</text>

        <text id="201010150d5cf03125ca4521b0000135">This fund is provided to support the State’s manufacturing industries and is not specific to southern Adelaide.</text>
