          <by role="member" id="532">The Hon. K.O. FOLEY (Port Adelaide—Deputy Premier, Treasurer, Minister for Industry and Trade, Minister for Federal/State Relations):</by>  I have been provided with the following information:</text>
        <text id="20090703b244859e894f47abb0000095">The balance of the account was $415 million as at 30 June 2008. Transfers in of $60 million and transfers out of $40 million occurred during 2008-09 resulting in a balance of $435 million as at 30 June 2009. </text>
        <text id="20090703b244859e894f47abb0000096">In May 2007 the document titled Budgeting for Employee Entitlements etc document was released. This document includes a section covering for what purposes the account can be accessed. Agencies rely on this document and advice from the Department of Treasury and Finance to request correct amounts from the account. There have been no funding requests not approved.</text>
