RANKINE (Wright—Minister for Families and Communities, Minister for Northern Suburbs, Minister for Housing, Minister for Ageing, Minister for Disability):</by>  I am advised that the figure of $168.977 million is the proposed expenditure for 2008-09. Total revenue from capital projects activities for 2007-08 was $65.861 million which is broken down into $19.853 million from newbuild and redevelopment and $46.008 million from urban renewal projects, which includes land sales. Total revenue from other programs, including community housing, Aboriginal housing and other property sales (land and house) was $98.601 million. Therefore, combined revenue from sales was $164.462 million for 2007-08.</text>
        <text id="200807046237f1a9f10a4f7bb0000603">During 2007-08, there were 374 vacant house sales (including 30 Aboriginal housing sales).</text>
