        <text id="20080704c3b5eaf15695447390000464">The current situation is that:</text>
        <text id="20080704c3b5eaf15695447390000465">In total each practice team in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution has between 21 and 23 staff comprising both legal staff and law clerks.</text>
        <text id="20080704c3b5eaf15695447390000466">The legal complement consists of around 16 or 17 FTEs per practice including one managing prosecutor and two senior prosecutors.</text>
        <text id="20080704c3b5eaf15695447390000467">There are, on average, five FTE law clerks including one law clerk team leader in each practice.</text>
        <text id="20080704c3b5eaf15695447390000468">General administration staff and social workers are shared resources outside the practice teams.</text>
